Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is packed and dispatched (typically within 1–2 business days). If you don't see it, check your spam/promotions folder or email support@pawsome.com.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated yet?
It usually takes 24–48 hours after shipping label generation for carriers to scan packages at distribution hubs. Rest assured your huggable buddy is on its way, and tracking will refresh as soon as the first transit checkpoint is scanned!
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping speeds across the United States: Free Shipping (7–9 business days) and Standard Shipping (3–6 business days for $4.00 flat fee). Both include end-to-end parcel tracking and door-to-door delivery.
What if my tracking says delivered but I haven't received it?
Please check your porch, mailroom, apartment lobby, or with neighbors. Carriers sometimes scan packages just before final drop-off. If your package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact support@pawsome.com and we will make it right immediately under our 30-Day Guarantee!
